Yes, you can have your order shipped to an address other than your billing address. Simply select the “Deliver to another address” option during checkout and provide the necessary delivery details. We will send the item to that location.

Signature Required for Delivery:
For your security, a signature is required upon delivery to confirm that the item was received by the correct person. If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. After that, the item will be returned to us. In such cases, we will refund your order minus the delivery charges.

Where will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered to the address you provided during checkout. If you want the item delivered to a different address, simply select “Deliver to another address” during the checkout process and fill out the delivery form.
What if no one is home when the parcel arrives?
If you’re not available to receive your order, the courier will make 3 delivery attempts. If no one is home after the 3rd attempt, the item will be returned to us. We’ll contact you for either a refund or to arrange a redelivery.
What if my items are damaged during shipping?
If your items arrive damaged, please call us immediately at +44 7577 088119. We must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in order to process a return or exchange.
