If the product you received is damaged or incorrect, please send us a photo showing the issue. We’ll arrange for a courier to collect the item at no cost to you. Once we receive the returned product, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full refund to the payment method used for the original purchase
Exchange Process:
If you’ve ordered the wrong product and would like to exchange it for a different one from our website, please contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing support@machinemartstore.co.uk or calling +44 7577 088119. The product must be unused. Once we receive it, we’ll discuss your preferred replacement. If the new item costs more than the one you returned, we’ll ask for the difference. If the replacement is less expensive, we’ll refund the difference to the card you used for purchase. Please note that you’ll be responsible for the delivery fee of £7.99 for the exchange.
Change of Mind:
If you’ve had a change of heart and no longer want the product, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery. Email support@machinemartstore.co.uk or call +44 7577 088119. You will need to return the unused product to the address above. Once we receive it, we will refund the total order amount, excluding the original delivery fee of £7.99.
Damaged or Incorrect Product:
In the event you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please send us a screenshot showing the issue. We’ll arrange a free courier collection and cover the shipping costs. Once the return is processed, we will send a replacement at no additional charge, or if you prefer, we’ll issue a full refund including the original delivery charge.
Non-Arrival of Product:

There could be several reasons for the delay, such as courier issues. If your item is lost in transit, we will refund both the order amount and the delivery charges to the card used for purchase.
Order Cancellation:
If you’ve accidentally placed an order and wish to cancel, please call us at +44 7577 088119. If the order hasn’t been dispatched from our warehouse, we’ll cancel it and refund both the order amount and the delivery charges. If the item has already been dispatched, we’ll refund the order amount minus the £7.99 delivery charge.
