Shipping Information
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday
Handling Time: 1–2 business days
Transit Time: 3–4 working days
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–6 working days
Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

We currently offer two courier options at the same rate:
EVRI (4–6 working days) – £7.99
DHL (4–6 working days) – £7.99

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status via the courier’s website.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe or appears to be lost, please contact our customer service team immediately.
If you need to change the shipping address, contact us at support@machinemartstore.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order or before the 5:00 PM cut-off time. We will do our best to accommodate the change if the order hasn’t been dispatched yet.
Absence During Delivery
If no one is available to receive the delivery:
The courier will attempt a second delivery, or
Leave the package at a nearby collection point.
You will be notified with details on how to collect your item.
Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused by the customer, the return shipping and restocking fees will be the customer’s responsibility. These charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
